Casa Portanova crowns the owners dream of making the transition from butcher to gourmet gastromy. In a space of 150 square meters are housed kitchen area, three cells, one of which is visible for the maturation of the meat and a sales area where there is an exhibition wall for wines and dry products and a bench equally divided between meats, cheeses, ready-to-cook preparations and sliced ​​meats.

A project realized in ninety days. The materials used are all of hight value: for the flooring was chosen a cementina, in the appeal of the old “rigiole”, for the coverings a white strip in the memory of the old kitchens. The pride of the bench is in calacatta oro marble, particularly used in the “chianche” in the beginning of the century.
